Despite being very tired, I'd say that Woo's been ecstatic for most of the week.

Apple approved his app update last Sunday night, and he's been getting triple the number of downloads he usually gets. It's rising in the rankings, and he's getting a lot of positive reviews--- thanks, in part, to his excellent customer service skills.

His app also had the honor of being pirated this week. In a way Woo was excited, because he'd been expecting it, and changed their apps to first get them hooked, and then mess with them, so they'll hopefully buy the app for real. Even if they don't, they still are advertising for him on Twitter and Facebook, and might even decide to buy his other program (sold separately).

His good mood has spilled over in unexpected ways: Friday night he brought home Vietnamese food (much better than flowers), and then asked me to make a list of all the things I'd like him to do around the house (?!?!).

Herbie started to tell me that he didn't need to go at the midnight potty session, so I moved to 10pm, 1am, 3:30am, and we were having success until last night where he peed before I took him each time. I don't know if it was just a bad night, or whether I need to change something yet. Either way, I'm not discouraged. I'm not expecting instant success, and I'm mentally committed for several months at this point.

Ruby still gets a lot of sensory stimulation through her mouth. She is continuously putting things in her mouth, and several times a day, I have to tell her to go spit out some wad of paper product that she's chewing on.

I'd like to predict here and now that when Ruby's pregnant, she'll crave a nice chaw of magazine or maybe cardboard.

This is from one of her prayers this week:
Ruby: Please bless---- and thankful for--- and I can see Mom's hand
(short pause as Ruby realizes that she's just given away that her eyes are open)
that I am dreaming about.
In the name of Jesus Christ, Amen.
Steven: Nice save, Ruby.
Well, not only is Moses fearless in water, he's fearless around dogs. One of my seminary students brought her new puppy to church. Ruby and Herbie nervously backed away, while Moses crawled up to him, and sat down right in front of his face.

The puppy gave Mosie a few licks on the face. We waited for his reaction, and Mosie... giggled!

It's nice to see that even though Moses is the third child and a baby, he can still be a leader in the family.

This time of year is one of the prettiest for our yard. All of the rain makes everything so green, and the plants are taller every time you look at them. I planted the perennials and shrubs I got at the plant sale, and I've spent some time spreading around more of those wood chips we have.
